Product Specifications

Body: Steel grey / Silver-grey with a soft metallic luster. Border & Contrast: Royal blue / Navy blue with warm golden Zari weaving. Design Details Body Pattern: Delicate golden Zari buttis (small leaf or floral motifs) scattered evenly across the drape. Border: Medium-to-wide contrast navy blue border featuring intricate traditional golden Zari weaving with classic peacock (mayil) and floral medallion (annam/mandala) patterns. Pallu: Richly woven zari pallu matching the navy blue border design, featuring dense geometric grid lines, peacock motifs, and traditional woven paneling. Texture & Weave: Smooth, structured silk finish with standard drape rigidity typical of Banarasi or Kanjeevaram-style poly-silk / blended silk fabric. Occasion & Styling Suggestions Ideal Occasions: Festive celebrations (Onam, Diwali, Puja), wedding receptions, engagement ceremonies, traditional family gatherings, or boutique formal wear. Blouse Pairing: Navy blue blouse matching the border (plain silk or with zari sleeve borders) or a contrasting gold brocade blouse. Jewelry: Antique matte gold, Temple jewelry, or Kundan sets complement the warm zari tone well. Wash & Fabric Care First Wash: Dry clean recommended to preserve the color depth and integrity of the Zari threadwork. Subsequent Care: If hand-washing at home, use cold water and a mild liquid detergent (or silk wash). Do not soak for more than 5 minutes. Drying: Avoid twisting or wringing. Line-dry flat in shade away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and Zari discoloration. Storage: Store wrapped in a clean cotton or muslin cloth in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging heavy silk sarees long-term to prevent stretching along the borders. Ironing Instructions Heat Setting: Use the Low to Medium (Silk) setting on your iron. Technique: Always iron on the reverse side of the fabric. Use a thin cotton press cloth between the iron and the Zari border/pallu to protect the golden threads from direct heat damage. Never use steam directly over metallic zari.

Silk
Do not hand wash and only dry-clean silk sarees. In case the saree gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water. Never hang a silk saree to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
Cotton
Wash it regularly in cold water and air dry. Separate white fabric from colored fabric when you wash it. Spot treat stains to keep your cotton looking good as new. Please note there can be some shrinkage and colour bleeding for cotton apparels and that is normal.
Georgette
Georgette is a delicate fabric; it should always be hand washed in cold water to preserve its colour and quality. Do not to wring the fabric as it may twist out of its original shape
Chiffon
Chiffon fabrics need to be dry cleaned. Polyester chiffon and nylon chiffon can be hand washed or washed in the washing machine on gentle. Use a mild, gentle detergent. Wash with cold water and soak for 30 minutes, do not wring, lay flat, don't put in the sun.
