Zari Details: Antique Matte Gold zari weave featuring oversized traditional paisley (kalka) motifs spread across the body and an intricate dense zari pallu with traditional floral-paisley borders. Design & Weave Details Fabric: Soft Silk / Kanjeevaram-style silk with a smooth finish and natural sheen. Motifs: Large woven gold zari paisley motifs spaced evenly across the body. Border & Pallu: Rich, wide gold zari border with fine woven detailing and a heavily embellished geometric and floral zari pallu. Suitable Occasions Primary: Weddings, grand receptions, bridal events, and major traditional festivals (such as Diwali, Onam, or Durga Puja). Secondary: Religious functions, temple ceremonies, and high-end formal family gatherings. Wash & Care Instructions First Wash: Strictly Dry Clean Only to preserve the luster of the silk and the integrity of the metallic gold zari threads. Subsequent Care: Dry cleaning is strongly recommended for all future washes. Never machine wash, hand wash in warm water, or use harsh detergent bars/bleach. Storage: Store wrapped in a breathable cotton or muslin fabric bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid plastic bags or hanging on metallic hangers for long durations to prevent fabric creasing or tarnishing the zari. Ironing & Maintenance Temperature: Use the Silk setting on your iron (low to medium heat). Technique: Always iron on the reverse side (inside out) or place a thin cotton cloth/pressing cloth over the saree to avoid direct heat on the gold zari threads. Steam: Avoid direct steam spray on the zari weave to prevent discoloration or water spots on the silk.
